What Can I Do To Prevent Sports Knee Injuries?

Acute knee injuries can take many forms, but the most common are medial ligament tears, patella dislocations  and ACL tears. 

Surprisingly many of these injuries are preventable using a modified warm up program 2-3 times per week. These programs work by treaching young athletes how to step and land without excessively loading the knee ligaments.
